![]() What gives? I've tried EVERYTHING, including restarting, clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, making sure it's updated. Test notifications are fine, whether with the default notification noise or my custom, and regular orders are fine with the default. Set Importance to 'Urgent' or 'High' to play sound. In Settings > Messaging > Android Notification Categories create the group and channel. ![]() OneSignal will use the sound set in the Notification Channel for all versions of Android. ![]() But if I change it back to the regular notification, it works just fine. Android 8+ introduced Notification Categories which must be setup to customize notification sounds. That being said, if I use my custom notification sounds, the notification either only shows up on my phone for a split second (not long enough for it to be logged in the History or for my smartwatch to get the notification), or it doesn't show at all. On top of that, I have my day job's account and my own personal shop on the same device, so I wanted two different notifications for both shops. So, I'm an Android power user, and my phone has a very specific aesthetic.
